Return and Refund:

 

45-Night Free Trial:

It takes up to 25 days for your body to adjust to a new mattress. Therefore, we offer a generous risk-free 45-night trial.

If you find that you are still unable to adjust to your mattress, you can request a full refund after checking the condition of the mattress.

Return Process for Website Purchases:

  • Returns for purchases can be initiated directly via our website or by email at bonfitcare@gmail.com. We would appreciate hearing your reasons for the return.
  • We will send you a return package with packing materials and necessary documents, including a PVC zipper cover to pack the mattress, a waybill with both your and our addresses, and a physical copy of your order invoice.
  • Kindly hand over these documents to our designated courier partners.
  • Damaged or Undelivered Products:

 

If you receive a damaged product or if it is not delivered, please inform our customer service team within 48 hours of product delivery by calling us at +91 9887096841 or sending an email to bonfitcare@gmail.com.

 

Terms and Conditions:

 

  • The 45-night Trial is only applicable to standard-size mattresses. Non-standard or custom-size mattresses are not eligible for the 45 Nights Trial offer, and cancellations and refunds are not allowed on custom-size mattresses.
  • You may return the mattress anytime within the first 45 nights for a full refund. If a discount or bundle discount is applied to the order, the cost of the freebies will be deducted from the refund.
  • Pillows and mattress protectors are not eligible for return requests at the moment, except in the case of receiving the wrong product or size.
  • In the case of an incorrect product order or delivery in a standard mattress size, the corrected size will be delivered upon returning the previous product. Any additional amount for the new product is to be borne by the customer.
  • Return and refunds will be processed exclusively by Bonfit, not by Bonfit partners.
  • Photographic proof of the damaged product is required for return requests; failure to provide substantial proof may result in request cancellation.
  • A logistics fee will be charged to the customer based on the product and case at hand. Bonfit will charge Rs 1500 for the return of the mattress.
  • Products in transit cannot be canceled or refunded; they can only be replaced or returned.
  • The Return and Refund on the 45 Nights Trial offer will not be valid if the product falls under the 'Exception to Return/Refund under 45 Nights Trial' category.
  • The Bonfit 45 Nights Trial offer applies only to original purchases of Bonfit Mattresses from registered Bonfit Partners and the website.
  • Keep a copy of your purchase invoice as proof of purchase, as it will be required to make a refund claim.
  • Returns will be inspected by Bonfit and picked up within 7-15 days of raising a return request.
  • All approved refunds will be processed within 15 working days after the mattress has been picked up for return.
  • Bonfit reserves the right to refuse the 45 Nights Trial offer to an individual or entity associated with a mattress manufacturer/brand.
  • Bonfit shall make the final decision on the refund under the 45 Nights Trial offer, considering the Terms and Conditions of the 45 Nights Trial offer. The company reserves the right to reject any claim that does not satisfy the Terms and Conditions of the 45-night trial offer.

Exceptions:

  • A registered customer can return a purchased mattress only once; a previously exchanged mattress is non-eligible for return.
  • Returns or refunds will be subject to the mattress's condition at the time of return; signs of improper use or physical damage will result in non-acceptance of return or refund.
  • During the inspection, any signs of liquid spillage, damage, dirt, or stains on the mattress will result in non-return or refund.
  • Use of the mattress on an improper surface or without proper support will lead to the revoking of the return or refund policy.

Bonfit Warranty:

  • The warranty covers a reduction in thickness greater than 1 inch, undulations on the mattress surface, or splits in the foam material.
  • The warranty does not include the quilted fabric of the mattress.

Warranty Exclusions:

 

  • The warranty does not cover normal softening/sagging less than one (1) inch, damage due to misuse and abuse, fabric and foam staining, soiling, fluid penetration, tears or burns, use of the mattress on a bed base not structurally capable of handling the mattress, mattress cover, zipper on the mattress (if any), unauthorized service during the warranty period, shrinkage in the corners, minor imperfections such as slight cosmetic flaws.
  • Physical damage to a mattress caused by the customer, allergies or sensitivities to fabrics or materials, damage caused by animals, rodents, or children, naturally occurring aromas from foam, cotton, or other materials are also not covered by the warranty.
