Return Process for Website Purchases:
- Returns for purchases can be initiated directly via our website or by email at bonfitcare@gmail.com. We would appreciate hearing your reasons for the return.
- We will send you a return package with packing materials and necessary documents, including a PVC zipper cover to pack the mattress, a waybill with both your and our addresses, and a physical copy of your order invoice.
- Kindly hand over these documents to our designated courier partners.
- Damaged or Undelivered Products:
